CZ.NIC is an association founded in 1998 by leading providers of Internet services. It currently has 65 members. Key activities of the association include operation of the domain name registry for the .CZ domain and the 0.2.4.e164.arpa (ENUM) domain, operation of the CZ top-level domain and public education about domain names. CZ.NIC is working intensively on developing the ENUM system, extending and improving of the domain administration system and, at the same time, supporting new technologies and projects to further strengthen the Internet infrastructure in the Czech Republic. CZ.NIC is a member of CENTR, ccNSO, EURid and other industry bodies.

Netnod Internet Exchange is a neutral and independent organisation, operating six national Internet Exchange Points (IXPs) in Sweden. It is one of the oldest IXPs in Europe and the largest IXP in Scandinavia. In addition to traditional IXP services, Netnod also offers a range of other services through its fully owned subsidiary Autonomica, such as I Root Service, DNS unicast and anycast slave services and distribution of offical Swedish time through NTP.
NIX.CZ works with Czech and foreign Internet related businesses to mutually interconnect their networks. Access to its infrastructure is enabled at four localities in Prague. NIX.CZ is currently the largest neutral IXP (Internet Exchange Point) in the Czech Republic and is also among the top ten largest European IXPs. NIX.CZ Has encouraged and facilitated IPv6 protocol based peering since 2003.

CESNET (Czech Education and Scientific NETwork) is an association of all universities of the Czech Republic and the Czech Academy of Science. Its main goals are to operate and develop a high-speed national research and education network, CESNET2, to participate in analogous projects at European and global levels, to carry out original research in the area of networking technologies and their applications and to actively seek, adapt and develop corresponding applications.
